Various Issues:
If the application hangs often when you play then you may need to close it and open it again. (Especially if the application runs for weeks, this behavior is on some specific devices)
For better optimization end efficiency you must have only one game per time open inside the application. You can close other games in the Main Menu (top left).
If there are common connection issues and they are not based on hangs (application run for weeks without close it and open it again) then for some reason your device loses for some seconds the connection with Internet or with WiFi. A trick is to lock and unlock your device instantly when you see the reconnect screen and it will be done faster.
