Merchants decide on the discounts that are offered to each Encore level and the minimum spend required to avail the offer. The Merchant’s discount per level must be greater than the discount offered at the previous level. Merchants have the option to offer an additional incentive discount (a “kicker”) to their clients that regularly come back to their business.
In other words, all that members have to do is frequent any Encore listed business within a period of 14 days. Maintain this frequency and achieve Platinum status with 3 visits which would entitle you to the higher rate of discount at each Merchant respectively.
Encore Rewards is currently available in the UAE, but new countries will be opened soon.
